Do you offer a free trial?+
Yes — new members get one free workout before committing to a plan.
What's included with a monthly membership?+
Unlimited group classes, plus free use of the gym any time during open gym hours — both included at no extra cost.
Can I train outside of open gym hours?+
Yes — private 1-on-1 training is available 5:00 AM to Midnight, every day, including Sunday. That means sessions before we open to the public and long after we close. Ask any coach to book a time that fits your schedule.
Do you offer a military or first responder discount?+
Yes — active military and first responders receive 25% off any monthly membership plan. Stop by for a trial class and we'll share the discount code with you.
How do I cancel or pause my membership?+
Email us at info@artistboxinggym.com or submit a request through the Glofox app. We ask for two weeks' notice, but in practice most cancellations are processed within a day or two. No cancellation fees, ever.
Is sparring available for everyone?+
Sparring sessions run Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 6:00 PM to close, for experienced members only. Protective headgear and coach approval are required. All local gyms are welcome to join.
What should I bring to my first class?+
Just workout clothes and water. Gloves and handwraps are available to use for your first visit.
